One way that we can make an impact in local elections is to send emails to our friends and family sharing who we're voting for and what the stakes of the races are. During the 2026 primary, our community sent over 1,000 of these neighbor-to-neighbor letters, and now it's time to reach back out about the Board of Education race! Join our Community Safety team to share nourishing food, write your neighbor-to-neighbor letter, and get to know fellow volunteers who are working to build an inclusive and equitable Montgomery County. The team will provide an email template for you to adapt to your own network, and information on candidates who are aligned with the JUFJ Campaign Fund's values and priorities.

Please bring a vegetarian dish or a beverage that can serve 6-8 people, and please label your food with ingredients/common allergens.
